Vendor Rules
- Vendors should bring their own canopy, tables and chairs. Canopies are not mandatory, but having one is highly recommended. (canopy with side walls is mandatory for food vendors).
- Vendors may come for setup as early as 6AM on the morning of the festival.
- Tents must be set up and vehicles cleared from festival area before 10AM.
- All vendors must stay until the festival closes. Vehicles will not be permitted on festival grounds during festival hours.
- All vendors conducting sales must have a city of Long Beach Special Event Vendor Permit. This is issued by the city of Long Beach business permit department. They can be reached at (562) 570-6211. Permit fee is $44 payable to City of Long Beach. Click here to download city permit application.
- All food vendors must have a city of Long Beach Health Department Temporary Food Permit. This is in addition to the special event vendor permit. the health department can be reached at (562) 570-4132. Temporary food permit fee is $95. Click here to download temporary food permit application.
- Unless specified otherwise, food vendors are not permitted to sell soft drinks or bottled water.
